Today I did the Downhill mountainbike tour in Chiang Mai. An adrenaline rush! The tour will take you trough the Doi Suthep National park and you will go 1200 meters downhill on the mountainbike.

At 9.30 they pick you up from your hostel or hotel to the office. At the office you can pick the right helmet. Make sure it fits good. At the office you can get a backpack if you don’t have one. The guides will explain where you go and what kind of tracks are you do today. The organization provides free water at the start of the mountainbike tour. And at the end there will be a lunch at the lake. If you are a vegetarian of have other wishes for the food they will arrange it for you.

The tour will provide you of gloves, knee pads, elbow pads and back and chest protectors for advanced tracks.

What to bring to the Downhill mountainbiking Chiang Mai

Bring your camera, a small plastic back for your valuables and a daypack. They can provide a daypack as well. Bring money for the National park. currently it is 150 baht.
