Rent a kayak on Koh Rong

A nice activity on Koh Rong is to rent a kayak. Do some exercise when you’re party on the Island. You can easy kayak from Tiu beach (main beach) to Kaoh Toch the little island in front of the beach and after that go to Long Set Beach. Thats one if the beautiful beaches on Koh Rong.

Siem Reap to Sihanouksville and Boat to Koh Rong

Siem Reap is a nice place to go, from there you can easy take busses to other places like Bangkok Phnom Pehn, Sihanoukville and Kompot.

I took the nightbus (depart at 19.00) from Siem Reap to Sihanoukville. It is an 12 hours drive on bumpy roads and the beds are not that big. But I heard a tip. Just eat a small happy pizza before you go and you’ll sleep like a baby.

When you’re arrived in Sihanoukville there you have to go to Serendipity street. Thats the place where the boats depart to Koh Rong. When you get out of the bus there will be tuktuks ($4) motor taxi’s ($2) or guys who want to sell you a boat tickets and bring you for free to the boat. (you will arrive at 7.00) the first boat departs at 8.00.

Vibe on Koh Rong

The island Koh Rong in Cambodia is amazing in every single way. The nature and beaches are beautiful and the people do everything to make you happy. There are party’s on Koh Rong but also quiet places to chill. The community of Koh Rong works together. For example when they don’t have something you need they say where you can find it in stead of say we have it tomorrow. That happened a lot and makes the vibe on Koh Rong so nice.

Visit The Beach Movie island – Koh Phi Phi Lee

The movie The Beach with Leonardo Dicaprio is very famous. The Island were they filmed this movie is really famous now. It was filmed on the Thai island Koh Phi Phi Lee. A lot of tourist want to visit that place but I’ll say you’re not the only one. Get there in the morning early as possible but no guarantee to be there ”alone”. I met Phil an Janet from England and they send me this picture.
