When you are in Sihanoukville and you’ve plans to go to Vietnam you can easily arrange your visa here. (better than do it in Phenom Pehn, because in Phenom pehn the visa will be send to Sihanoukville) You can arrange your visa yourself or let a travel agency do it. You can choose your own start date and how long your visa will be. One or three months.
Note: You can’t fix a visa on arrival so do it before you go to Vietnam.

Its quite easy to arrange your visa yourself. You can go to the Vietnamese consulate.
The consulate is just outside of downtown on Ekareach road. From Serendipity road you can take a Tuk Tuk which you can negotiate down to a fair price of $2 each way. The driver wait for you outside.

Vietnam visa by a travel agency in Sihanoukville
The most easy way to get your visa in Sihanoukville with only $3 profit per pasport is a travel agency. I did it at Ana’s travel. I brought my pasport there and the next day at 17.00 they had fixed the visa for Vietnam. Advantage of Anatravel is that you dont have to arrange your tuk tuk. The opening hours (8.00 till 21.00)
I was in and out in 10 minutes, when I’ve to arrange my visa again i’ll go to anatravel.
