Airbnb apartment in Mandurah / Perth

On our road trip we were looking for an apartment in Perth. We found an nice and affordable one in Mandurah. An awesome spot near the coast an close to the train station. From this apartment it was easy to visit Perth and Rottnest.

When we booked the house we had a response in seconds! Dean was happy to host us. When we arrived we were a bit worried if we were in the right neighborhood because everything looked so nice. This Airbnb apartment consists of a two separate rooms. The main living area is quiet spacious with a fully equipped kitchen including gas stove and oven. The living area also includes dining table, lounge with pull out bed sofa bedand plasma TV with dvd player (including movies).

The bathroom includes clothes washing facilities and dryer. Whilst it can get quiet warm here the living area has a reverse cycle air conditioner or if you prefer it, a dip in the 10m x 3m pool.

Whilst you visit there is plenty to do and see. If you do not have a car it is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest bus stop and 5 minute walk to the beach, where there is also a bike track around the coast line. A short bus trip to the Mandurah foreshore for a causal stroll along the foreshore, where there are numerous places to eat, cinema and dolphin cruises.

Once your done sight seeing Madora Bay Beach is a great place to fish. We can also organise fishing equipment for you. If fishing is not for you, we also have the beach volleyball kit.

The neighborhood is nice, there is a Coles (supermarket) and shoppingcentre (Target, Gasstation, Red Rooster, Subway, Domino’s, Restaurant, Travel agency, Bakery, Butcher, Kiosk, Beautysalon, Druggstore and more) on 5 min ride. The train station is 10 minutes by car. De train will bring you in 50 minutes in the CBD of Perth. In the weekend the train also rides at nighttime.

From the train station it is easy to go to Rottnest. Just take the train to Perth and switch on bus 998 at Murdoch. to Fremantle. (total 80 minutes) When you go by car it is 60 minutes to the ferry parking.
