Cu Chi Tunnels Vietnam

Cu Chi Tunnels Vietnam

We went out of Ho Chi Minh by our motorbikes up to the Cu Chi Tunnels. That ride took longer than expected. But when I look back on it we are happy. Because we found a nice hotel on 200 meters from the tunnels ($8 per person) The next morning we were the first visitors of the Cu Chi tunnels! (they open at 7am we were there at 8am).

When go to Cu Chi Tunnels?

We rode on tripadvisor that the Ci Chu tunnels a must see in Vietnam is and I think thats true. But everybody was complaining about the busy attractions. We were in the Cu Chi Tunnel park with maybe 50 others! Perfect. So, if you want to go and have a realy good time go early 🙂

Tourguide Cu Chi Tunnels

When you enter the park a tourguide is waiting for you. When it is to busy wait for it! Its definitely worth it. He or she will tell you about the war and how the Vietnamese people attacks the Americans with their strategic plans. The tunnels are really impressive to see and to walk in. (you can’t walk even in the tunnels for tourists!)

Entrance price of the Cu CHi tunnels

The entrance price of the Cu Chi tunnels is 90.000 dong (like $4.5)
