How to get from Krabi Airport to Krabi town or Ao Nang in Krabi. It is quite easy. There are two good options the Krabi airport bus or the taxi. The taxi is 500 baht the airport bus is 150 baht. Both will go to your hotel!

On some intersections you could make easy 20 pictures of things you saw. Kids playing, old trucks, people selling stuff nice portraits of old people. But I was in the bus 🙂
I arranged my busticket from Mandalay to Bagan at the reception of my hotel in Mandalay. It was 9000 MMK ($9) for a aircon bus. They pick you up at the hotel 30 minutes before your bus depart. In my case at 9.30. And we drove away in the normal bus at 10. We arrived at 15.00 at our hotel in Bagan. (5 hours drive)
In Pakse you can easy book the Bus from Pakse to Don Det or Don Khon the 4000 Islands. The ticket you can book for 60.000 (6 euro / $7.5) kip at every travel agency in Pakse. The ride will take around 2.5 hours. First we were in a minivan and after 2 hours we changed to the big bus. Make sure the boat is also included in your ticket, else you’ve to pay the boat as well when you want to see the island. (To Don Det 15.000 kip to Don Khon 20.000 kip)
