Motorbike trip Vietnam in mind? For four weeks my friend Rens from (Tallguytravelling) has been riding a motorbike through Vietnam. Crossing the country from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and the loop in the stunning Ha Giang region. His trip was 3748km of fun, adventure, a sore ass and incredible scenery! If you are ever planning to visit Vietnam make sure to travel (at least some parts) by motorbike.
Featured traveler: Today I was looking for some new inspirational articles to write and saw the motorbike tour of Jacob Laukaitis. In the past 2 years he traveled to more than 30 countries around the world and want to continue this lifestyle. Jacob is able to do this, because he is a digital nomad – As long as he has his computer and a Wi-Fi, he’s able to do his job and never lose his income.
I did the Thakhek motorbike loop with two German girls. It is amazing to do. We did it in thee days and saw some incredible stuff. From views to waterfalls and from caves to villages. When you have the time do the motorbike loop in Thakhek.
When you’re arriving at Bangkok you have a lot of transporation options. Walk, Subway(BTS), Bus, Boat, Taxi and the motorcycle.
I think the BTS and de motorcycle are realy good when there is a lot of trafficjam. Before you hop on the back of a motorcycle negotiate about the price. The motorcycle is normaly little more expensive than the taxi (with taximeter) but you’re faster on you’re destination and you can avoid the trafficjam!
