Because Siem Reap is more than pubstreet and Angkor wat you can book her and show you the city. In my opinion it is the best to do this on your first day, than you have the most advantage of the information Samon can give you!
The movie The Beach with Leonardo Dicaprio is very famous. The Island were they filmed this movie is really famous now. It was filmed on the Thai island Koh Phi Phi Lee. A lot of tourist want to visit that place but I’ll say you’re not the only one. Get there in the morning early as possible but no guarantee to be there ”alone”. I stayed for four nights in The Luxury Concept Hostel in Siem Reap. It is a nice hostel with everything what a backpacker need. It is clean, they have big lockers, good bunckbeds, massive steal and don’t make noice. The matrasses are awesome! Very big and thick. The rooms are big as well.
When you’re in Krabi the 7 islands tour is a nice way to discover the islands in front of the coast of Krabi. I did the tour with the big green boat. Some fruit, water and food after the sunset is included! After sunset there is a fireshow on the beach.

In Bangkok I had to work a little so I wasn’t looking for a hostel. At least a private room. I looked on Airbnb for a apartment in Bangkok and found several.
The final apartment in Bangkok I booked by Airbnb was this one. “Bangkok Mini Stylish Studio“. The response time was realy good. The owner reacts on every question in an hour. The first night I was upgraded to a bigger apartment because other people want to stay a little longer. I could switch apartments (same building) on the next day whenever I want.
